EcoRituals™ is a brand and series of products and experiences operated by By Raysha L.L.C., Puerto Rico, United States.

Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “EcoRituals™” refer to By Raysha L.L.C., its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, collaborators, sponsors, partners, and venues.

By accessing our website, purchasing products, reserving event passes, joining waitlists, or participating in any experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of our services.

GENERAL WEBSITE & PURCHASE TERMS

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account, make purchases, or register for events.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and safeguarding login credentials.

2. Products, Craftsmanship & Materials

Our garments are produced in limited quantities using premium, high-performance, and responsible materials, including regenerated and European performance textiles.

Due to supplier agreements, certain material or manufacturing details may remain confidential.

3. Product Accuracy & Variations

We strive to display colors, textures, and sizing as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in tone, compression, stitching, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Orders, Pre-Orders & Production Timelines

Purchases made during launches, limited releases, or early access windows may be considered pre-orders.

Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and may change due to manufacturing, logistics, or force majeure.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders suspected of misuse or fraud.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD.

Taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds — Products

Cancellation requests may be submitted before production begins.

Once an item has entered production or fulfillment, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy and stock availability within your production batch.

7. Shipping, Duties & Customer Responsibility

We ship to Puerto Rico and the Continental United States unless otherwise stated.

Once transferred to the carrier, risk passes to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Packages returned due to unpaid duties or failed delivery may incur additional fees.

8. Condition Verification

We recommend recording an unboxing video and retaining packaging in case documentation is required for claims.

9. Garment Care & Intended Use

Our garments are designed for mindful movement and elevated performance.

Avoid abrasive surfaces such as concrete or rough equipment.

General guidance:

  • Wash cold

  • Do not bleach

  • Air dry

  • Avoid high heat

EVENT & EXPERIENCE TERMS

10. Nature of the Experience

EcoRituals™ events are immersive wellness gatherings that may include fitness, Pilates, meditation, education, bodywork, and outdoor environmental exposure.

Participation is voluntary.

11. Age Requirements

Participants must be 18+ unless otherwise specified.

When minors are present, parents or guardians retain full responsibility.

12. Health Acknowledgment & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you confirm:

  • You are physically and mentally able to participate.

  • You will consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

  • You will inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or limitations.

  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your condition.

We do not evaluate participant fitness.

13. Assumption of Risk

You understand activities may involve risks including exertion, falls, environmental exposure, and interaction with others.

You voluntarily assume all risks.

14. Release & Waiver of Liability

You release and discharge By Raysha L.L.C. and all associated parties from claims for injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, damage, or death occurring before, during, or after participation.

This includes claims involving ordinary negligence.

15. Medical Situations & Allergies (You & Your Guests)

You accept responsibility for any conditions affecting you or individuals under your reservation.

We do not provide medical supervision.

You authorize emergency assistance at your expense if necessary.

16. Children

Where provided, children’s spaces are courtesy areas.

Guardians remain fully responsible for safety and supervision.

17. Tickets, Reservations & Cancellation — Events

All event reservations are final sale and non-refundable.

If rescheduling is required, your pass converts into credit for the new date.

No refunds for:

  • Change of plans

  • Travel issues

  • Emergencies

  • Late arrival or absence

18. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

We may modify schedule, instructors, or venue logistics.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

19. Conduct & Right of Admission

We may deny entry or remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

20. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

21. Photography & Media Consent

By attending, you grant permission for your image or voice to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS

22. Intellectual Property

All content, rituals, formats, branding, and materials are property of By Raysha L.L.C.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

23. Third-Party Services

Our store operates via Shopify and may link to external partners.

We are not responsible for third-party operations.

24. Feedback & Submissions

By submitting testimonials or media, you grant us rights to use them for brand communication.

25. Errors & Corrections

We may correct inaccuracies or update availability at any time.

26. Prohibited Uses

Unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct may result in denied service.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products, events, and services are provided as is without guarantees of outcomes.

28. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or reservation giving rise to the claim.

29. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless By Raysha L.L.C. from claims arising from your participation or breach of these terms.

30. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.

31. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

32. Agreement & Digital Acceptance

By purchasing, reserving, or signing digitally, you confirm that you:
