Overview

Each EcoRituals™ piece is produced in small batches or made to order to reduce waste and maintain exceptional standards of quality and material integrity.

Because our garments are considered intimate wear and because production is demand-driven, returns are handled with structured care that protects hygiene, fairness, and responsible manufacturing.

Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.


Return Request Window

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery according to the carrier timestamp.

Requests submitted outside this window may not be eligible.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, hair, or markings

  • With original tags attached

  • With hygienic liners intact (if applicable)

  • In original or equivalent protective packaging

  • In resalable condition as determined by our inspection team


Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Swimwear with removed or altered hygienic protection

  • Gift cards

  • Deposits

  • Limited Drops marked final

  • Items identified as non-returnable at checkout


Proof for Claims

For damages, defects, or fulfillment errors, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos

  • An unboxing video showing original condition

This allows proper verification and carrier coordination.


After Approval

If your return is authorized:

  • You have 7 days to dispatch the item.

  • Trackable and insured shipping is required.

  • Proof of shipment must be retained.


Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless legally required.


Exchanges & Availability

Due to controlled production quantities, requested sizes or colors may not be available.

If unavailable, we may offer:

  • Alternative item (if stock exists)

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Backup fit samples are not guaranteed.


Defects & Limited Warranty

Verified manufacturing faults may be resolved via repair, replacement, or equivalent solution.

Damage from misuse is not covered, including but not limited to:

  • Abrasive surfaces

  • Velcro or rough materials

  • Chemical exposure

  • Improper washing

  • Friction or impact damage


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days after inspection.
