Overview

Many of our offerings are reserved, scheduled, or produced specifically for you.

For this reason, cancellation rights are limited once operational commitments begin.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production allocation or event reservation has not started.

After 24 hours, cancellation eligibility changes as described below.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Deposits secure your position in the production queue.

After the initial 24 hours:

  • Deposits become store credit.

  • They are no longer refundable to the original payment method.

If production for your batch has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refundable depending on production status.

Why Deposits Exist

Deposits allow us to:

  • Prevent overproduction

  • Secure materials and dye allocation

  • Plan responsible manufacturing

  • Maintain small-batch integrity

Events & Experiences

Tickets are non-refundable.

They may be transferred or gifted if you cannot attend.

Subscriptions (if active)

You may modify or cancel prior to your next billing cycle through your customer portal.

Agreement

Placing an order confirms you understand that timelines, batch sequencing, and availability are dynamic within a responsible production model.
